The nature of my degree and experience has prepared me for this position (software developer specialist). It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. For one course, Advanced Programming, an understanding of the programming industry in C# and SQL was essential. The course also taught me how to design solutions and maintain systems.

My 2 years work experience at Innoverse Creations helped me apply my skills in a business environment. I was given the opportunity during my work to deal with clients and their needs on a daily bases. I had to work in a software developing team of 5 in designing development and maintain existing solutions.

I am a fast learner, also able to adapt quickly into the organisation's business needs and help translate them into relevant and robust solutions. My goal is to also help the organisation reach its long-term direction and strategy. I am able to take on the responsibility of this position immediately, and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it.
